Over 10 years of experience playing both guitar and piano across a broad range of musical styles. My style of teaching is all about harnessing the point of interest for students, and using it as a jumping-off point to develop musical vocabulary and understanding. Music is meant to be enjoyed, and this goes for learning it too! With a deep working knowledge of music theory and experience in blues, jazz, pop, funk and more, I am able to work well within any frame of musical reference in order to harness and develop a students interest in music.
