My exerience in the classroom has included working with a range of SEND students (EBD, ADA and MLD learners). I have also undertaken a pastoral role as a Tutor across a range of focus groups (Basic Skills, HAPS, Pupil Premium and C/D borderline). As well as working as a classroom teacher, my middle management appointments have provided the opportunity to work as a staff coach/mentor and a PGCE trainer. I am confident when it comes to planning and developing interventions for both individuals and groups to ensure the best outcomes are met for those involved. I have completed up to date Safeguarding, GDPR and PREVENT training and hold an enhanced DBS (this in also on the update system). I hold QTS.
