Throughout my time in schools I have come across a wide range of additional needs and put a lot of time into understanding the best approach to supporting the children with them in order to allow them to achieve the very best that they can. I have worked with a range of ages, and understand the Primary National Curriculum and how to teach it well due to this. I tailor all of my sessions to the individual needs of the pupil, adjusting how content is covered based on their intrests and skills so that they can feel confident in themselves and their ability whilst reaching the milestones in their learning. Whether it is help with spellings for their weekly spelling tests, support with homework, or working towards building their knowledge in a specific subject, your child will always be greeted by a friendly face that is ready to support them and celebrate their wins with learning alongside them.
