Hello, we are Debbie and Freya Sutton of S.!
We are a family run Stage School situated in our very own Dance Studios in Northwich, Cheshire.
We have been established for more than 25 years, but in March 2018 we moved into our very own Dance Studios.
We have 2 large Dance Studios, with professional semi sprung floors, Ballet barres and Mirrors. We have 2 waiting lounges, and an inhouse Dance Shop.
We offer; Baby Ballet, Ballet, Modern Jazz, Tap, Street, Drama, Musical Theatre, Acro, Performance Team, Pilates and Yoga.
Friends that Dance together stay together, so we also offer; Halloween and Christmas Parties, Theatre Trips, Easter Schools, Summer School, Presentastion Showcase Afternoon, Shows, Perfromance Opportunities and more!
We also hold professional external NATD Dance Exams three times a year - just because Dance is a hobby doesn't mean you can't excel!
We also offer 'West End Workshops Northwich!' Due to Freya's Professional training in Musical Theatre at the 'Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts London' and then a successful career as a Performer, most notably starring as the lead role of 'Tracy Turnblad' in the Uk Tour of 'Hairspray the Musical' not once but twice.
Here at S. we invite professional West End Stars to our Studio to teach the real Dance Routines from the real West End Shows, sharing their talents and experiences with the children of Northwich.

I'm a focused and forward-thinking professional with a long background studying body movement with 21 years of experience in Yoga also, Pilates, Postural Exercises, and Functional Movement. In the age of 8, I started ballet modern, contemporary and capoeira classes, when in 1999, my mother presented the Yoga to me, since then I have been training different styles of Yoga, such as Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Iyengar Yoga. In 2005 during her BSc Physical Education and Sport Science, I came across Pilates for the first time, at Rodrigo Mayer's Studio, Romana Kryzanowska's disciple. For me, Pilates improved my understanding of the movement and added tools to help the people develop in a better way and effective approach that frees the body and its movement prioritizing the individuality. In 2011, I received my first Pilates certified from Power Pilates International and later qualify as a Polestar Pilates Matwork teacher.
Since then, I have been teaching Pilates in different Studios, Gyms and Clinic, working with individuals of diverse ages with different needs. As a practitioner and professional of the movement, passionate about what I do, I truly believes in the transformative power through the movement and also, I understand the vast responsibilities that I have and wherefore, I'm always looking for self-development, improving my comprehension about body movement, adopting new techniques and different approaches, such as Somatic movement, Anatomy Trains, Antigym, Frankling Method, Myofascial Release and Chinese Medicine, constantly aiming the client's goals.
I'm a fully qualified Body Control Pilates instructor, a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs), a member of the Body Control Pilates Association.
I offer Matwork Pilates classes for all levels.
