I have taught for 12years in the tertiary institution as an instructor/technologist. I have passion in improving people in mathematics physics and sciences. I will do very well if given opportunity to serve.
I am a friendly and appoachable teacher. I am patient with pupils and develop a good working relationship. I am motivated by success and always strive to get the best out of my pupils. I have 10 year experience teaching, I have taught all 3 sciences to GCSE level and biology to A2. My rates are £30 an hour but that includes travel to your home, a fully comprehensive set of notes and extensive past paper questions and marking. I have just finished my A Levels in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry (A*A*A*A respectively) and am currently studying Computer Science and Electronics at Bristol University.
I’m looking to tutor Maths and Physics to students of all abilities/ages.
I live locally and therefore am available for Face 2 Face tutoring and I’m flexible in regards to hours. For the first session (intended as a taster) my fees are £20 per hour and subsequent sessions are charged at £27/hour.

As an academic science and maths tutor I have over 10 years teaching and tutoring experience. I currently teach science part time at a high school in Wales, which allows me to keep up-to-date with the ongoing changes with the National Curriculum. I teach biology, chemistry and physics to GCSE level and maths at key stage 2 and 3.
All tutoring is done online, I use Google Meets and Google Classroom to teach all my online students. Google Meets allows us to chat face to face via video link and also alows me to share my screen and whiteboard. Google Classroom alows me to set homework or assignments and provide my students with feedback and additional resources they would not ususally get with a regular tutoring session. Each student will have their own login for Google Classroom and resources will be tailored and personal to them.
Many of my students work on developing their knowledge and confidence at GCSE level or boosting their understanding of maths at key stage 2 and 3. I also teach exam preparation and intensive revision sessions during exam periods. In addition I currently have a number of students who are preparing for high school. I work with these students in developing their confidence and resiliance to ensure that their high school fears are allieviated.
Due to current pandemic I have reduced the cost of all tutoring sessions to £20.

The college specialises in 1 year A-level and GCSE courses, and works with small groups or individuals to give a relaxed but academic learning environment. The am is to help learners achieve their full potential, with special emphasis on discussion and examination practice. We offer the practical endorsement for A-level science subjects, and also all necessary practical work for GCSE combined sciences or individual subjects.
We are an AQA examination centre, so offer a place for external students to take the full range of exams (including practical work for sciences). We are also a Cambridge Assessment centre, allowing students to take BMAT, TSA, MAT, ENGAA etc exams. To register for exams, please contact the college.
