I am a qualified teacher based in Oxford with a first class master's in physics from Cambridge University and a PGCE from Oxford University. I have eight years of experience as a teacher and I am enhanced DBS checked. I am currently offering a free taster lesson for students in the UK.
Combining a deep understanding of my subject with a wealth of teaching experience, I love helping students understand their subject, succeed in it, and enjoy it - not only excelling in exams, but mastering and enjoying the subject as well. By developing a thorough understanding of their subject as well as familiarity with exam questions and exam technique, I aim to help students grasp their subject in a way that makes sense to them, enabling both enjoyment and success in their studies.
I offer bespoke online physics, maths, further maths, and chemistry tuition tailored to the needs of my students. I can do A-level, GCSE, and KS3, and I am also able to offer training for the maths and physics olympiads. Typical lessons involve a mixture of exam questions coaching combined with interactive teaching on areas students find difficult, however I am happy to adjust my approach to students’ needs.

MIT 2020 graduate in mechanical engineering, currently a PhD student in Biomechanics engineering at the University of Oxford. 2015 IB graduate with a 45/45 grade. I graduated from Amman Academy High School in 2015. I took the International Baccalaureate Diploma and achieved the full score of (45/45) (Four Higher Level subjects). I have experience working with children to aid their progress in class by helping with homework and reteaching them aspects they don't understand. This has required me to refamiliarise myself with the content and processes that they need to know to complete their homework. Therefore I can understand, through talking to the child where they may be confused and being able to work out how to teach them in the way that is best suited to them. This, of course, cannot be achieved in a classroom of 30 students. I will be able to help with Biology and Chemistry up to a GCSE level as well as several years below that in order to help them build a strong foundation of understanding moving forward into higher education.
