I am working with Tutor4All . We offer a range of tutoring services for GCSE's and A-level students. Our tutoring sessions are designed to be engaging, interactive and focused on student's specific areas of improvement. First Lesson is on Us!

With 10 years experience teaching and tutoring I am able to support students with their goals. Whether that is catching up after lockdown or improving their grade at GCSE or A Level. I am quick to spot where students need the support and know the new specifications for GCSE and A Level thoroughly.
I'm also a well-known tutor in the community, working hard with parents to improve their children's grades. In the past, I have helped many students below average to achieve an average or higher grade. I have also worked as a Science lecturer at Milton Keynes College and at BUTC college, where I used a range of strategies that helped my students to achieve 100 % results in their core subjects. Additionally, I have worked with children with special needs, such as children with dyslexia. I always design a programme that tailors towards my student's needs and my knowledge in both Science and particularly in Psychology has helped me to enhance students' cognitive skills so they can easily retrieve and process information, especially in complex areas. Moreover, I make sure my students understand the concept well before moving on to real life exam questions as well as setting them work to build on what we have done together. Furthermore, I use real life scenarios,linking it with scientific knowledge to improve their understanding. My passion and dedication towards my profession has helped my students to improve their learning and reach their full potential. Most of my students have achieved higher grades in both GCSE and A level, helping them reach challenging careers such as Medicine, Engineering and Psychology. With all of this in mind, I build a good relationship with my students, boosting their confidence, vital when pursuing their careers.
I am currently a year 4 teacher but have experience in all other year groups as well as year 6. This means I have knowledge of what is needed for the 11+ test.

I am a qualified Primary School Teacher from Urmston. I left University in 2011 with a First Class BA Honours in Primary Education and have taught in Primary Schools in Trafford ever since. With over 13 years experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, LKS2, I have extensive knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum and end of year expectations. I have taught many children over my career with various educational needs including children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have a particular strength in being able to adapt my teaching in order to ensure the children in my care thrive with their education. I have a proven track record in the use of effective assessment in order to quickly identify a child’s strengths, diagnose gaps in their understanding and plan for their next steps. I am currently a trainee teacher with a teaching position in a successful high school from September. I will gain Qualified Teacher Status over the coming summer. I also have a first class masters degree in physics from the University of Manchester.
