After graduating with an honours degree in Mathematics, Zahra entered the hedge fund world where she studied for CIMA and CFA qualifications. During that time she also taught on a voluntary basis, before deciding to pursue teaching full time. She is a supportive and friendly teacher, who has taught GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics for over 10 years.
As well as teaching maths, Zahra is also responsible for the delivery of the Medical Programme designed for students applying for medicine, dentistry or veterinary science and specialises in training students for the UKCAT and BMAT exams.

I am a maths teacher in a popular school in the UK with an MSc in Engineering, and experience in teaching secondary and primary students over physical and online settings.
I believe in student-centered maths learning with independence. I already have experience in assessing students' onboarding and selecting the support plans at ''Global Edtech''. Moreover, I have also worked on SENs (dyslexia, dyscalculia, autism) students that will support this role. I always encourage my students to have a conceptual understanding over the procedural understanding, this would definitely encourage students for their effort, and hence each student will get their own motivation, thus having room for development as well. I am a Qualified Teacher, working at a Grammar school in Aylesbury and I have recently been appointed as an examiner for Edexcel A-Level Mathematics.I am very passionate about my subject and I have a different approach to teaching including more practical ways which engage pupils and enhance their understanding as the new curriculum requires pupils to have a deeper understanding to be able to solve problems.
I believe that every pupil can learn mathematics and I work hard to achieve that, especially with pupils who want to learn and succeed.

I am a qualified teacher of Mathematics with wide experience teaching from years 5 to 13. I taught for five years at an all girls` secondary school in Bath before moving to an extremely high achieving boys`school close to my new home in Northwood.
I had spent the years prior teaching in mixed gender secondary schools in Bristol and Trowbridge as well as a middle school in Dorset.

I am passionate about teaching and education, and have recently achieved a Masters with Distinction in Teaching and Learning from University of Herts, as well as completing a Primary Education degree in 2013. I lead Primary English and am in my eighth year of teaching, currently with Year 5/6.
I have been teaching for 8 years and am currently teaching full-time in a mixed Year 5/6 class for a fourth year, I have also taught in Year 3 and 4. I have a 2:1 in Primary Education from Winchester University as well as an MA Distinction in Teaching and Learning from the University of Hertfordshire.
I have a very good knowledge of the primary curriculum and expectations for each Key Stage. Being the English lead at school means I also have a good knowledge of teaching phonics and reading/writing across the age groups, however I am also extremely confident in teaching Maths. Hello and welcome to Connect Maths Tutor. I am Viviane D. and a qualified Secondary Maths teacher of 14 years. I have considerable experience in supporting students across KS3 and preparing students to sit KS4 Maths GCSE 9-1 specification Higher/foundation.
Having acquired substantial experience of working with a significant range of students and abilities, I understand fully the barriers to learning in Maths. I can therefore advise on areas where common misconceptions occur, showing alternative methods to answer popular topics and advise on exam techniques.
I now tutor one to one with students in order that I can make a real difference to their confidence and performance in Maths. At times this can be difficult to achieve in a classroom environment.
