As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a specialization in Mathematics, I have been an integral part of the Maths Department in a Secondary school. Over the course of 15 years, I have successfully taught small groups of students, primarily focusing on GCSE level (Foundation) Mathematics. My expertise extends across all age groups, ranging from Year 7 to Year 11.

Hello all! My name is Matt and I am 27 and just about to start my 7th year teaching having started at my school after University and now wish to offer tuition services after school hours in a range of subjects and preparation for 11+ examinations and grammar school entry. We are a family run business based in Shropshire providing tuition for students of all levels and stages in a variety of subjects. All our tutors are DBS checked and interviewed in person by the Director. Our tutors carry out one to one private tuition in the comfort of the students own home.
We cover all ages of students from Primary school ages, Secondary school ages and adult learners too. We also have tutors who specialise in 11+ entrance exam preparation as well as GCSE, AS and A level examination preparation.

Hi Im the Director at Shropshire Tutor. I've been a primary teacher for 20 years with experience from R to year 6.
I found Shropshire Tutor 6 years ago. I have a fantastic team of tutors, who deliver on line tuition from R to year 6. We are currently delivering our Pre School. Little Learner lessons via zoom to over 50 children. We also run year 6 to 7 zoom transition classes, and 11 plus classes for the CEM Durham 11 + test.
We work in partnership with local schools, nurseries and parents to deliver our Little Learners training in phonics and maths.
