I am a retired maths teacher with 43 years of teaching experience. I have marked Higher maths for SQA for 5 years having marked Intermediate 2 and standard Grade previously. I also volunteer for UK Maths Trust and so have DBS checking for England as well as Scotland. Willing to tutor within a 15 mile radius from Airdrie.

I am a Bachelor of Education degree holder and have been teaching students in primary and secondary school since 2007.

I’m a qualified and experienced maths teacher based in Edinburgh with a first class degree in mathematics. I love my job and am very passionate about my subject. My aim is to help build students’ confidence and fluency in mathematics and hopefully help them like it too!
