I tailor every lesson to the needs and requirements of the student to meet their goal. I also make sure we revise the mistakes made by the student as it is very important to analyze and understand what to fix and where we are moving next!
My main goal as a Teacher is to teach you English till the point when you can be fluent and confident in speaking English.
I believe that everybody can learn English as everybody requires an individual approach and techniques. My philosophy is to make every lesson comfortable enough to let the student relax and enjoy learning English!
As an ambassador for education and diversity, I am proud to offer over five years of teaching experience, with my pedagogy and teaching being recently recognised by Ofsted as outstanding. During this time, I have been responsible for curriculum leadership and developing stimulating and academically enriching lessons through effective pedagogical practice; supporting a diverse cohort of children from all backgrounds. Furthermore, I have had experience in aligning evidence-based research with pedagogical practice to contribute towards the design and development of Cambridge Assessment International Education’s international curriculum which is taught within schools across 160 countries and 9 regions.
As well as educating young people within education, I have also had experience in training teachers; leading face-to-face CPD training workshops to support teachers by bridging the gap between practice and research and in turn, effectively supporting students both holistically and academically within schools and the wider community. My approach to teaching is to inject the element of creativity and fun. It is imperative that we enjoy the things that we do, including education. I love creating an immersive learning experience which utilises extra-curricular tools to support cognitive, academic and holistic development. For me, as a certified life coach and educator, I believe in creating a safe space where each child can thrive and develop a sense of self-confidence whilst gaining a foundation of skills to support them both in school and out.

Rachel is a qualified Primary School Teacher (PGCE 1996) with a further qualification of Reading Recovery teacher (UCL 2015) in post since 2015 part time in school. Rachel stayed at home for several years to bring up her family and returned to work in school in 2008. She has been teaching one to one for over seven years in her local infant school, firstly with a Year 1/2 maths intervention before moving to Reading Recovery, completing her Reading Recovery training year in June 2015.
In addition to school Rachel has been doing some tuition from her home – all online via video link since the start of the pandemic. Her specialist area is Key Stage One, although she also has experience tutoring lower Key Stage Two children who were struggling with reading and writing and had additional learning needs.
She is mum to three grown up sons, the youngest of which isstudying for his A levels whilst the oldest is focusing on completing a degree in Architecture. One of her sons has high functioning Autism with additional needs, meaning she has a lot of personal experience in helping children who are on the spectrum and may require a different approach to their education.
Rachel has always loved reading and enjoys being able to pass on this skill to the next generation. In recent years she has attended some overseas volunteer projects in the school holidays to help children there develop their English language skills, enhancing their employment opportunities for the future.

Hello, My name is Rafael and I am a student who is looking to help others study and obtain a better understanding of the English language, written or with communication. I have had previous tutoring experience helping those between the ages 4-15 with English but am willing and able to help those older. I am a very outgoing and friendly person who is very patient and will make sure to get the best out of my clients.
Teaching style:
Discussions and being comfortable are very important aspects of learning for me. That is why I love to get to know my students and understand their background and cultures first. Then, I specifically tailor my lessons to individual needs to see in which areas the student needs to develop.
I started my teaching career back in 2017. Since then I have taught kids from all standards. I have experience in teaching all the subjects and my students mostly enjoy learning Maths, English, Science, Biology, Geography, History and Chemistry from me. I am well known for my unique teaching techniques that help the student to learn more efficiently and easily.
My After getting my BSc degree I also worked as a Research Consultant at CEGIS (an organization under the Ministry of Water Resources of Bangladesh) for a year. teaching approach is mainly based on experimental learning. I try to demonstrate a topic with real-life examples and practical teaching. My teaching technique is eccentric because I attempt to see through a student's lens while teaching a specific topic and also try to describe in the way I learned that topic back in my student life.
