I am currently a Medical student at Keele and a graduate from the University of Salford, achieving a 1st in my degree in Human Biology and Infectious Disease. Achieving the highest mark within my university. I was responsible for a programme known as GEMMS which is for supporting students in their medicine/dentistry applications, assisting them in interview technique and for the entrance exams.
I have mentored and tutored for 5+ years, helping students to achieve grade 9 in maths. I currently tutor Mathematics, physics, biology and chemistry for A-levels and below.
I am a fun person who particular loves his sports. Seeing the improvement and progress a child can make in a short amount of time is always the best feeling and I strive to help you achieve your goals and beyond. Sometimes having that 1 to 1 session can make all the difference in clearing up any worries about a topic.
I begin my classes by asking the student what they want to learn or discuss during the session. If they have a doubt in a concept, I will ask them to explain the same concept to me in their own words and correct them wherever necessary. I will provide some good methods to study or approach that topic. I will conclude the lesson by asking them if there is anything they would like to discuss in our next session so that I could prepare some questions in advance. I will also regularly be assessing your improvement through the use of practice papers to get an idea of where the student is at and how they can further improve. I strive to get the best out of my students.

I am caring, nurturing teacher who is committed to making a difference to children’s lives and education. I love the make children feel comfortable and show them how they can achieve something new everyday. I believe that hard work pays off and I am here to make a difference to support children through little and big achievements. I love teaching English and Maths and would be delighted to help your child progress further in these subjects. In particular, I love practically working with children in Maths, showing how we can use visual household resources to help us with working things out! With English, I love showing children how creative we can be, including lot of different skills in writing! I am currently studying psychology at University of Birmingham; I will graduate summer 2025. I also volunteer as a Peer Assisted Study Session (PASS) leader every week at university. This entails helping first year students with psychology coursework. I have enjoyed this role thoroughly as it’s rewarding to provide students with extra support and participate in teaching a subject I find interesting.
Alongside university, I work part time as a teaching assistant in an array of SEN schools in the West Midlands.
