I am a qualified teacher with over 10 years experience. I am also the author of several books for children under the name B LANE. I am passionate about helping children to achieve their full potential. 🙃
As the name suggests, I aim to build confidence first. My philosophy has always been to build confidence, resilience and self belief. That's what I do and that's what I believe is the answer. A good teacher makes everybody feel like a somebody.

In the past 4 years I myself have sat my GCSE's so am fully aware of the expectations of the examiners and the grade boundaries. Not only have I obtained my own GCSE's with A equivalent grades I also further my knowledge by studying these subjects at A-levels. I have an in depth understanding of English Literature and Geography and will need to see your child's school curriculum to create concise lesson plans to best help them.
