I have always been passionate about learning and especially found that learning through objects was a pssion of mine. This is why after completing my Ancient History degree in 2018, I went on to study an MA in Museum Studies and completed that in 2021. During my degrees, I volunteered as a tutor and a mentor to university students, firstly tutoring first year students in Greek History, and then acting as a mentor to a neurodivergent bachelors (and later on postgraduate) student at the University of Reading.
Since then, I've wanted to get back to my academic roots and am keen to get started with tutoring in History, Ancient History, Spanish, English Language and English Literature. These are subjects I excelled in at GCSE and would be delighted to support another student in these subjects. Additionally, I'm passionate about supporting people who are learning English as a second language.

My latest position was a senior tutor and module leader for the Sino - British cooperation programs between Staffordshire University and Chengdu University of Technology and later University of Stirling and Chengdu University.
When the department announced its plans to expand and open cooperations with new universities and new degrees, I saw this as an opportunity to teach media and journalism on the digital media programme as well as help in setting up a new department at a new partner university.

After my attendance international internship, my colleague and I organized a workshop for the staff and students of pedagogical specialties on how to develop soft skills during the classes and educational process. As an experienced teacher, I am sure that respect is the most important component in any relationship. As a linguist and citizen of a multicultural city, I know how valuable to respect other cultures, nationalities, and their diversity.
As the Deputy Dean and the Head of the Department, I took part in the organization of various events, such as Ukrainian and International scientific conferences. I organized meetings and greeted people, providing their connection with each other, we always openly shared knowledge and skills to help each other to develop.
In 2014 I initiated an international project Double Diploma with the University College of Social Sciences (Chenstokhovo, Poland). As a result, nine students got Bachelor’s degrees and five students got Master’s Degree in Business English.
Most of my previous administrative work was related to arranging meetings, visits, and events, including requesting and issuing documentation, assisting in the editing and publishing of documents to promote the faculty, and advertising the Department's achievements.
As an administrative person, I had to support staff and students, contribute to their development, and at the same time explain or pass on complex or detailed information precisely and clearly to all participants of the educational process. Excellent time management and organizational skills and my ability to work under pressure helped me to communicate with different people and successfully run the Department.

About my sessions
I can assist pupils preparing for their GCSEs, A-levels (AQA, CIE, OCR, Edexcel and EDUQAS exam boards) and IELTS examinations.
Provided that students follow all the instructions, they will see marked improvement after our first 10 lessons together. The lesson structure consists of:
◾ 15' of a powerpoint presentation on the topic in focus: I present separate presentations on each topic and question of the exam paper.
◾ Extended task: a skills-focused or pastpaper exercise, followed by detailed oral and written feedback.
◾ Summary quiz at the end of the class.
For my pupils, I also offer the following:

◾ No extra charge for homework marking: This is free. I do not ask pupils to book a Marking Time session
