True Self Coaching began as a yoga retreat business and has blossomed over the years into a consulting business which includes yoga classes and workshops, a signature meditation program, spiritual coaching, voice and art lessons, and original artwork. I have worked with students of all ages and always meet them where they are and give them permission to express themselves authentically and confidently without worrying about making mistakes. I love people and love seeing them succeed and live peacefully and joyfully. Biology has been my area of interest since the childhood and currently I'm a graduate in human physiology from the prestigious University of Calcutta. I have completed short courses in cell biology, molecular medicine and developmental biology, hence I can give insights on those subjects as well. I have been working as an tutor in India and teaching students from all-over the country. I would like to teach students from abroad as well. Along with life sciences, I teach basic level of bengali as well. As far as Hindustani Classical vocal music is concerned, I have been teaching students from India and abroad for last two years. I had been a recipient of junior national scholarship from Centre for Cultural Resourses and Training, Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
