I currently work in a secondary school in the West Midlands and have been teaching all 3 disciplines for many years. I am a very experienced teacher with an excellent record of pupil acheivement. I believe that any pupil can do well and make excellent progress if they are taught not only the correct knowledge and content for the exam board but also the skills needed to answer GCSE questions in the exam. I attend exam board hub meetings regularly and keep up to date with any changes and recommendations from previous examinations. This information is crucial to pass on to pupils so that they know what the exam questions are asking and how to create a response which will score maximum marks in their examination. I am very organised and enjoy planning creative activities which ensure maximum progress for pupils.

I have worked as an independent home tutor for many years, developing my clientele both through online tutoring websites and locally. I have experience in one-to-one tutoring as well as small groups. Delivering tutoring in KS1 to GCSE English and Maths, as well as science up to A-level standards. Having worked in Learn Tuition Centre allowed me to work in a classroom environment, facilitating small group-style teaching.
