Hello my names I have worked in leisure for 3 years as a fitness instructor and I am now a personal trainer, I’ve been into sports from a young age, I was a champion in freestyle wrestling I have years of boxing experience and I speak English & German, a little bit of Spanish aswell, with me you will hear what you need to hear not what you want to hear, I pride myself on helping people achieve their goals, with personalised plans and training plans tailored to their specific needs.

I firmly believe in the power of training as
I am a passionate fitness & sports enthusiast. My journey transitioning from competing in international football tournaments for Chelsea Youth Academy in my early teens, to supporting my brother with heavy visual impairment towards increased body confidence and strength, then coaching football to teenagers in Rio De Janeiro for 6 months & more recently competing for London Muay Thai (kickboxing) clubs & developing my Calisthenics practices. I now deliver Personal Training services across London via mobile home gym visits & training, traditional gym setting exercise, outdoor fitness & Online Coaching. Sessions featuring elements of Boxercise (with the possibility of adding kick strikes), Strength & Conditioning, Yoga & HIIT. I understand the enormous mental & physical benefits experienced from developing the transferable skill of discipline within exercise & fitness in our lives!
