I am a graduate from university of nottingham in computer science. I love teaching physics and maths .computer science is more about algorithms and logic which is similar to www.*** enjoyed learning physics in my high school and ended up with good www.*** up in top 1 percentile in engineering entrance test which around 1 million students www.*** test involved physics and www.*** have mentored lot of A level students and they have had success with me .I am very patient and listen to each and every doubt of students very carefully. By following the approach of student while solving a problem I rectify the error in it thereby exploring different dimensions of the problem.
I have had experience working in primary schools for almost two years now, working with children with SEND and SEMH difficulties as well as other children to help them achieve their full academic potential. I have delivered 1:1 and small group based interventions in age ranges from 4 years old in their early years all the way up to 11 in the run up to SATs. I have spent a lot of time working with children who had the academic level of several years below their age group however after sometime of 1:1 intervention they have thrived and caught up with their peers. Not only have I worked with children for their academics but I have also worked with children to help give them the opportunity to learn self regulation and mental health support. This has come from a wide range of support programmes such as zones of regulation and social detective. I pride myself on how fun and engaging I like to make my time with children and with how much of a difference emotion coaching can make to their lives. In the run up to SATS I worked in delivering intervention based lessons to our cusp students to help them go on to achieve greater depth in their SATs but also to help children who believed they couldn’t do their SATs.
I would love to help other children going through GCSE's and SAT's and to boost their confidence. I hope to make children realise that with the right mindset, one that they realise if they work hard, they can do it and achieve good results. As someone who has just finished their GCSE's, the subjects are very much fresh in my mind. I would love to use any tips and tricks in which I have been taught that may differ to any others they have been given and to help them understand more.
