Online African Dance Lessons

Ensure you wear your comfortable clothes and bring extra incase you sweat a lot, with your water bottles for your hydration. Afristyle will help you improve your sense of rhythm and not just dancing. The dance styles will be repetitive to help you mentalise, absorb, master the style and help you feel it through your and those around you.
I am a passionate teacher ready to touch life's and I will love to teach learners especially follow-up.
I'm also open to volunteering especially to teach local diabetes is permitted.
