My educational journey, which spans two continents, has equipped me with a diverse skill set and a deep passion for teaching a range of subjects, including Mandarin, English, Law, Constitutional Law, and Philosophy.
I hold dual Bachelor's degrees—a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Philosophy—from the esteemed China University of Political Science and Law. These degrees laid the foundation for my understanding of legal principles and philosophical concepts, while also nurturing my critical thinking abilities.
My commitment to academic excellence is reflected in my academic achievements, including an 84% grade for my Bachelor of Law degree and an 88% grade for my Bachelor of Philosophy degree. I further honed my expertise by pursuing a Master's degree in Law at the prestigious University of Bristol, an experience that broadened my perspective on legal studies.
Fluency in both Chinese and English, coupled with a solid IELTS score of www.*** out of 9, enables me to effectively teach these languages and bridge cultural gaps.
As a tutor, I am dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. I believe in tailoring my teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, nurturing students' intellectual growth while fostering their love for learning.

I'm Chiara, I'm 23 years old and I aspire to become a Primary school teacher in England. I'm currently studying for my PGCE in Primary education at the University of the West of England.
I have a degree in English and French and am proficient in both languages. I have a IELTS certification that proves my excellent level of English.
I'm a big reader, one of my favorite ways to bond with children is reading to them and entertain conversations about books and their fictional worlds.
I consider myself resourceful and organised, kind and engaging. I love to have my days scheduled so that I can make the most of them.
I have been volunteering as a Scout leader for four years now, working with children aged 8 to 11. During this time I, along with the rest of my staff, set educational goals to focus on throughout the year, planned activities and attended training courses to improve our skills. Education is at the heart of the Scout movement. The time and energy that it took, and the skills I developed have prepared me to undertake this job. I now know how to engage students, identify their strongest abilities and those that need more work, design a program and pursue it and make learning fun. Thanks to my degree in English and French I have a complete understanding of both languages, cultures and literatures. My experiences as a nanny and tutor to primary school aged children have also inspired me to choose this career path.
In conclusion, my experiences working with children have inspired me and given me the skills needed to be a well-organized, nurturing teacher.

i am experienced and up to date in teaching methods and changes to the GCSE curriculum . I am able to tutor across a range of subjects and excel in noticing how individuals learn , what stops or blocks them and enabling them to optimise their learning.
This is really important in a tutor student relationship as each of us need to feel sure that our tutor can
See what we know
See what we don’t know
See what we struggle with
See what we find easy.
I am very certain of the value I have in supporting others in education as I have watched thousands of students develop in self awareness confidence and most importantly knowledge over the years .
